How do you take the filthy, graphic, absurdly hilarious South Park and turn its mini movie series "Imaginationland" into a game? Have Butters bounce around collecting rainbows via the power of his imagination, of course….
Starting each stage setting the power of your imagination, you must then alter the angle of imagination to fly and bounce around (using the power of your imagination) to collect rainbows and save happy Imaginationland from evil Imaginationland.
Levels get progressively more difficult, with extra hazards and tricky obstacles to overcome as a brilliantly drawn Butters bounces around (looking extremely happy when you finish). The real draw here is the simplicity and longevity.
Imaginationland keeps you playing with its one-more-turn-ness and incredibly simple controls. Great for any commute, stages are short enough for a quick bash. And with so many stages (75) there is certainly bang for your buck here. The only downside is the repetitive nature, meaning a 15 minute play is probably all you can muster in one sitting. Though the game is so big and challenging that if you want to complete all the levels proper, you definitely will not regret buying it.
